Week 2: Recovering a Sense of Identity

Time to slow down to notice, just notice and pay attention to the small things. Those small things fill our well.

I think one of the things that has changed for me since participating in TAW, is that I stop and notice the small things... a love letter written in sticks. Some people call it mindfulness, some paying attention, whatever that is for you or however you describe it, life has become full for me, from noticing the 'small things'.
